I am a mother to two beautiful blessed girls and I promise you every day is a joy, but my journey as a mother did not start that way… it started with the unknown…
I thought I will know what to do instantly and how to manage and sooth this new little soul growing in my stomach. The morning she arrived, I was unprepared, to loose myself mentally, physically, emotionally and financially. This personal journey or you may call it experiences of soo many emotions has made me put together Venus Mum, as this whole process is truly a Miracle!
I am from a family with the support of my mom, mother in law, aunts, cousin’s friends and even besides this huge support system I had soo many unanswered questions... which I did not know whom to ask? With the changing times and everyday new knowledge available on a new born baby, or the challenges I was facing with myself as a new mothe,r or as my family structure changed for father and mother.
Therefore we at VENUS MUM have developed a tried and tested comprehensive (really all inclusive) package to assist and hand hold you thru this beautiful journey called MOM..!
I promise to you that we at Venus Mum are here only, and only for you. To make sure you are well looked after healed and loved, while you have all the time and energy to dedicate just for your little angle.
The postpartum period begins after the delivery of your baby and ends when your mind
and body has nearly returned to its pre-pregnant state. This period often lasts 2 to 12
months. Yes! we do hear the words 40 days, but the true reality is that is a long process
of learning and adjusting and further re-adjusting every few weeks. The postpartum period involves your moving through many changes, both emotionally and physically. You are also learning how to deal with all the changes needed with becoming a new mother, something you haven’t done before. This postpartum period also involves your partner learning how to care for your newborn
and learning how to function as a new family unit. The mother needs to take good care
of herself to rebuild her strength. You will need plenty of emotional help, scientifically
guided nutrition, physical adjustments..
